In the fourth episode of our podcast Art & Market Conversations, A&M Editor Nadya speaks with Emi Eu, Executive Director of STPI – Creative Workshop & Gallery and Project Director of S.E.A. Focus.  

In this conversation, they talk about Emi’s journey with STPI since the early 2000s, and how she has grown together with her team. She looks back at their aspiration —and attempts— to participate in Art Basel at Basel, which came to fruition in 2013, and the momentum of STPI’s participation at Art Basel fairs since then. They also discuss the upcoming S.E.A. Focus, and its aim to shine a spotlight on the regional art landscape. Lastly, they chat about STPI’s role as part of the Visual Arts Cluster, as well as the artists —both new and returning— the workshop and gallery will welcome in 2020.
