The Art Adoption and Acquisition (AAA) Programme
Through the AAA Program, supporters of the National Gallery Singapore (NGS) are now able to ‘adopt’ key artworks from the gallery’s Singapore and Southeast Asia collection, such as Chua Mia Tee’s ‘Epic Poem of Malaya’, 1995. These artworks may be adopted individually or as a group, and all art adopters will be acknowledged digitally for their contribution. The crowdfunding initiative will go towards acquiring new artworks, and allow NGS to continue cultivating a deeper appreciation of the region's art, culture, heritage and history.

Participate in the AAA programme at National Gallery Singapore here.

Project Ctrl S ArtsEquator
With the recent loss of state funding and the complications arising from COVID-19, ArtsEquator is holding a fundraising campaign to sustain their production of editorial content, which involves paying staff salaries and commissioning original content from freelance writers. With the help of 150 contributors across the globe, the independent arts media has been a virtual platform for long-form analysis and critique of the arts in Singapore and Southeast Asia since 2016. As ArtsEquator is a Singapore-registered charity, all cash donations will be doubled by the Cultural Matching Fund.

Contribute to Project Ctrl S ArtsEquator here, till 30 November 2020.

Check-In
Art and Market (A&M) is planning to launch a new annual publication titled ‘Check-In’ in June 2021. The open-access e-publication will serve as a mid-year review of the diverse cultural landscape in Southeast Asia, through the inclusion of first-hand accounts, dialogues and analyses. Contributions to A&M’s crowdfunding campaign will go towards paying writers a fair fee, and support the possibility of producing the publication in print. Everyone who contributes funds for ‘Check-In’ will be acknowledged by name within the publication, and accorded additional privileges based on the donation amount.

Make a contribution to the Check-In project here, till 31 December 2020.
